We cannot take returns, refunds, or exchanges on jewelry due to the nature of these items being personal items. If we can’t be guaranteed that the jewelry is unworn, we can’t take it back. (We will ONLY ever sell unworn jewelry, and taking worn jewelry poses a hazard for all involved.)
We have a lifetime guarantee that covers any issues that arise due to manufacturers' defects. Lost products and damages due to negligence cannot be covered. An example of coverage would be if a gemstone chips, breaks, or falls out of its setting on its own during normal wear.
